After shearing, we prepare the sheet steel for welding.
In the production of large tubes, it is necessary to weld several sheets of steel together.
The procedure is carried out on welding boards.
We then carefully and accurately smooth the welding seams.
With a folding press we make a pilot hole big enough to fit a calendar and than obtain the necessary diameter and weld with TIG and PLASMA procedures.
After this process there is the testing. We carry out non-destructive tests. (See Production Services)
Finally we calibrate, ream, pickle and carry out passivation treatment: when all the testing has been successfully completed, the product is certified and ready for delivery.
